Thank you for inquiring about purchasing a booth at Battle Creek Speedfest.  What a great way to not just reach out to the automotive community but also educate and bring in new customers.  Here you'll be able to reach out to over 120,000 spectators.  We have plenty of space to accommodate all booth size.

Set up in Vendor Row and have the opportunity to reach out to over 120,000 spectators.  Spectators will have to walk through vendor row in order to enter pit area.  What better place to be than Battle Creek Speedfest on a 4th of July Weekend.  Live music, variety of foods, carnival rides, racing and games all ages will enjoy.

We have opportunity to offer 3 private track sessions; (Must be purchased before March 1st 2018)

1- Friday June 29th PM session only.  $1500 up to 30 vehicles .  Two hour session. 

2- Monday July 2nd PM session only.  $1500 up to 30 vehicles.  Two hour session.   

3 - Tuesday July 3rd AM & PM session.  $3,500 up to 35 vehicles 1 1/2 hour sessions.  

** each session you'll be able to get 4-5 runs each per session **

Booth Size:
Where do I PAY?

Tents are allowed but must use weights to keep them down.  You will be on asphalt in vendor row.  Spectators will have easy access to visit your booth.  Vendor area is located just in front of Pit Row entrance.  Food and Drinks are allowed but please no glass.  Only plastic and or cans.  No alcohol will be permitted to be brought in or a gas/charcoal grill.  Coolers are allowed for water and cold foods only.  Alcohol beverages and hot foods will be sold on site.
